Advanced Entrepreneurship Program
Our 9-Session Advanced Entrepreneurship Program is for established entrepreneurs who want to grow their small businesses to reach $100K in annual revenue. Throughout the program, entrepreneurs work with fellow entrepreneurs and MBA student advisors to analyze their current business, develop improvement goals and execute action plans to achieve their goals. The program is aimed at low-income women, minorities, veterans and other underserved entrepreneurs.
Program Structure
Nine 3-hour workshops (27 hours) to help you analyze your business, create improvement goals and develop and execute action plans, and a final presentation.
2 hours of one-on-one coaching with your trainer.
Build on the business concepts you have learned in previous training programs and apply them to your business.
Implement 30+ business improvement and financial empowerment tasks throughout the program.
Work with a small group of 6-10 entrepreneurs and 3-5 MBA students.

REQUIREMENTS
The program is intended for entrepreneurs with any level of education or experience. We seek participants who:
Have graduated from Centro’s Basic Entrepreneurship Program, or have done all of the following:
Completed a similar training program (eg: La Cocina, Prospera, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, The Latina Center, etc.)
Created a business plan. Alternatively, you can complete your business plan by following the steps on the Centro App.
Sold at least $100 of their product or service.
Have already sold at least $100 of their product or service.
Are committed to growing a business that will achieve $100,000 within 3 years.
Are able to commit to 5-8 hours of Centro-related work every week for 9 weeks.
Can attend weekly workshops.
Seek profit and provide social benefit to their community.
